Raphael Storto was born, a Drummer, in Vancouver on Halloween Day, 1970. This passion for music and people is something that Raph has been sharing for most of his life, with 30 years of teaching, performing and recording experience.

Career highlights include supporting Ex-Rolling Stone Mick Taylor (Canadian Tour 2003) with an appearance on CTV’s Canada AM; opening for bands such as Voivod, Melvins, Annihilator and Varga with appearances on the Tom Green Show. Raph was an integral part of building the SRC Music School in cp in 1999 before starting out on his own musical vision in 2007 with RSR fostering an accessible community-based approach to music education.

Received instruction under Murray Webb who studied under Joe Porcaro. Former head drum dept. Los Angeles music academy. LAMA Raph moved to the area in 1980 growing up here and eventually moving back with the mission to provide the mentoring and world-class musical guidance that he always longed for.
